Paul has over a decade of experience in macroeconomic forecasting, public finance and data analysis. He has managed research projects on topics ranging from municipal budgets to electricity pricing to public education outcomes.
Paul oversees EDPlatform’s database and is personally involved in updating all data related to the REIPP programme. He is also a 2016 Fellow for Code4SA, a non-profit organisation that focuses on providing access to public / government data to the South African public.
